What is a Watercolor Surprise?
A Watercolor Surprise is an original concept created by DYV. All you have to do is tell a little story, a memory, a moment that marked you in order to transcribe it into a unique drawing, made by hand in watercolor. You discover the watercolor only upon receipt, hence the word "Surprise".
You share the Surprise Watercolors on TikTok, subscribers are not likely to fall on their order and spoil the surprise?
With your accord, you are blocked by DYV on Tiktok until the moment of receipt. Unsubscribing is not enough, because you may come across it on the "For You" page. You are unlocked immediately upon receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver for free throughout Europe, the United States and Canada.
I did not receive a confirmation email. It's normal ?
If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, first check your spam/junk mail. If not, it's probably due to a computer bug. Contact us immediately via the small chat icon at the bottom on the right side of the screen so that we can check the status of your order.
How to order a Watercolor Surprise?
Surprise Watercolors orders are currently closed. It is therefore impossible to order. During the opening, orders will be made via the website. It is possible to be notified in advance of the reopening by registering in the "surprise watercolors" section of the site.
Puis-je commander plusieurs aquarelles surprises ?
Non. Pour le moment les commandes sont limitées à une seule par personne.
